A partire dal 3 giugno.
La pausa dal periodo competitivo è il momento migliore per lavorare su aspetti personali,
come l’allenamento di forza e potenza, che durante la stagione vengono trascurati.
È ormai assodato che un adeguato lavoro in palestra nel periodo off-season permette di
arrivare più pronti alla nuova stagione ed ha ottimi riscontri sulla prevenzione infortuni.
2 o 3 sedute di gruppo a settimana
presso la palestra EPIC Training a Casatenovo.
Gruppi omogenei per categoria e livello,
minimo 4, massimo 6 giocatori per ciascun gruppo.
Giorni ed orari vengono definiti in fase di iscrizione.
Preparatore atletico professionista e S&C Coach con diverse esperienze in ambito calcistico e sportivo. Esperto ed appassionato di allenamento della forza, ha lavorato per FC Internazionale, come preparatore nel settore giovanile maschile, e per Como Women, come Head of Performance della prima squadra in Serie A.
Preparatore atletico personale per Katja Schroffenegger e Sofia Cantore.
Attualmente lavora come preparatore atletico della prima squadra della Casatese Merate.
